Positions Available Click here to fill out an application without a specfic job Sales Manager Valve Division Clayton Corporation, a manufacturer of specialty aerosol valves for viscous and foaming products along with covers, accessories and barrier package pistons for this industry, is searching for an experienced Sales Manager to increase the sales, market share and profitability of our Aerosol Valve division. The position is located in Clayton Corporation’s World Headquarters located in St. Louis, MO. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining contact with existing customers, developing relationships, negotiating terms and acting as liaison between customer and organization; identifying and contacting potential customers of new products; identifying market trends, competitors’ positions and potential new products; working with customers and engineering in the design, development and testing of new and existing products. Successful candidate will possess a bachelor's degree; have experience in the technical field such as a mechanical engineering; the aerosol valve and filling industry; demonstrated sales achievements in multiple market segments; working with engineers; competency translating customer requirements into new products; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; and ability to travel 30%-50% of the time.
