Clean-N-Etch is an etching solution used to clean and degrease bare concrete surfaces to improve penetration and adhesion of paint, stains, and sealants. It also neutralizes new concrete and removes new / light rust stains from concrete, steel, and other masonry surfaces. Sutiable for interior / exterior use. Clean-N-Etch is biodegradable and safe to use near grass and plants. Use Clean-N-Etch on bare concrete, garage floors, basements, driveways, carports, patios, walkways and pool decks.

Original Waterproofing Sealer (when used as a primer)

For Floors
• Improves paint adhesion on bare substrates

• Bonding agent for previously painted (acrylic/latex) concrete   substrates

• Waterproofing sealer for bare CMU block, stucco and brick and   mortar substrates

Lock-Down
Floor Bonding Primer

Seal-Krete LOCK-DOWN is a self cross-linking epoxy floor bonding primer for concrete surfaces. Its nanotechnology improves adhesion with ultra-fine, nano-sized particles that penetrate deeply into the concrete, while locking down the chalk and providing a clean, sound substrate for a topcoat of paint.
